DOT Night is back!!!

Public engagement is an integral part of the Columbia Basin Trust Community Initiatives and Affected Areas Program Funding (CIP/AAP) process.

Support for the Salmo and Electoral Area G funded projects using an slightly modified version of the in-person event – DOT Night – will take place on April 27th at SVYCC from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m

Residents are invited to drop into the Salmo Valley Youth and Community Centre between the hours of 5:00pm  – 7:00pm to collect their dots. Dots will be distributed to residents, unfortunately there will be no presentations so that there is less crowding but each applicant will have a brief description beside their request for funding, and residents will be able to place their dots immediately upon receiving them.

In order to participate you must be 18 years of age or old and provide ID with your current address.

Doors will close promptly at 7pm and no dots will be handed out after that point so that totals can be calculated.

Once the public engagement period is complete for the entire region, all distributed funding will be shared with the RDCK Board of Directors.
