With the adoption of “Council Procedure Amendment Bylaw #768, 2026”, below are key changes to council meeting processes:
- The second meeting of the month will now be a Committee of the Whole (COTW) meeting rather than a Regular meeting.
- Delegations will now be scheduled for a COTW meeting.
- Bylaws & Policy Development and Review will now occur at a COTW meeting.
- Submissions by the public for inclusion on the agenda (either a Regular or COTW meeting) must be received by the Corporate Officer no later than 4:00 pm on the Monday the week prior to the council meeting.
