Just a reminder that the deadline to pay your 2026 property taxes is at 4:30 pm on Thursday, July 2. If you haven’t claimed your homeowner grant yet, please ensure this is done by July 2.
Any amounts left outstanding, including unclaimed homeowner grants, will be subject to a 10% penalty.
If you pay by online banking through your Kootenay Savings Credit Union account, the payment should be initiated no later than June 30 as it takes a few days for the payment to be received.
If you are paying by e-transfer, please ensure you use the requested password to facilitate acceptance of the payment. Failure to use the requested password may result in your payment not being received on time.
