Regional and Local Needs Community Project – Final Report

The Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK) and its partners have received grant funding through the UBCM Complete Communities Program to conduct a region-wide study on community needs. The Regional and Local Community Needs Project aims to integrate and build upon the region’s various municipal and electoral area planning initiatives to ensure a cohesive approach to regional planning by analyzing community needs across all 11 electoral areas within the RDCK as well as the 7 partnering municipalities (City of Castlegar, Town of Creston, Village of Kaslo, Village of Nakusp, City of Nelson, Village of Salmo, and the Village of Slocan).
